Enter the Gungeon! they would send me a shipping label and then I can return them for repair again...I had a terrible time with United radio when I sent my switch in for service. Overall Nintendo support is great, United Radio is just a subpar contractor for my experience. The left one was extremely bad and the right one was intermittent.
