Thanks SamuelHi Samuel, the most common oil we use in Indonesia for deep frying is probably peanut oil. They are beautifully photographed as well! Once the oil is hot (~ 170 Celsius/340 Fahrenheit), deep fry the tempeh sticks/slices until crispy and golden brown.
