I would highly recommend making a day of it – have a stroll along the harbour with an ice cream, go for a swim at the Lido (if it’s roasting hot – if not, the leisure centre has a fantastic kids pool with little waterslides.

Not only is it a human health concern, this massive fecal load is harmful to the ducks and geese and other wildlife has caused massive bird die offs in areas.
