Their grassy park slopes down to a 400-foot beach, with cement steps on the north and a short sandy portion on the south near a tall apartment building. I will definitely come back...It's a great beach to spend some time under the Sun. The camp store had enough basics to meet our needs but the campground is also very close to restaurants and shopping in the area. The sand...I had a reservation for Sunday September 4th at this campground. After driving for over 3 hours, I arrived at the gate of the campground and was handed a piece of paper saying the park was closed due to a storm that was supposed to come to the area.
