The product and customer service are excellent. So, you can't use they in quiet environment.
I was a little hesitant to start with but I would definitely recommend these to people. I hesitated purchasing the original Pros because of the mixed reviews I read here on Amazon. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that ISOtunes is used ONLY in safe environments.

How do I insert the earbuds to get the best noise reduction? Ease of use - ability to block out sound. While I've only had them a few days now I put them to the test right off the bat. Good sound. The volume is decent but more importantly the sound quality was right on the money.Good battery. I sent it back.
