The brunch price was high (averaged about $100 per person, all in) but it was totally worth it.Food was absolutely amazing, plated beautifully! But it was our anniversary dinner and I was expecting the service that’s comparable to what I believe they are known for and for the price I paid. We enjoyed a gorgeous view of the sunset, a band played next door and the service was outstanding! Service was Awesome, everyone was so attentive and really nice. So glad we chose Orchids for my birthday celebration. You can hear the live music from the outdoor lanai/lounge on Thursday nights which made the experience even more magical. We had the Fried Calamari and Beef Tartare. Delicious breakfast with calm atmosphere while watching the sea. Many photos were taken to remember the delicious experience. We felt rushed as the manager came out to ask if we would order as the kitchen was closing. Drink offers (i.e. Gorgeous setting and live music. The piano player added nicely to the beautiful ambiance. The portions were a little small but phenomenal ! They basically left us alone, which was good, giving us a chance to talk. Price is expensive, but worth it.Perfect spot for a leisurely lunch with girlfriends.We love the Orchid Room and Lewers Lounge at the Halekulai.

No inquiry as to how was our meal, and also they forgot that it was our anniversary, but the waiter did acknowledged it at the end, when he gave us our check, and provided another dessert to go.
