It is MUCH cheaper than some of the Yakima or Thule "holy roller" rack attachments that can cost as much as $200 or more for their kayak loading system.Makes getting my kayak on the roof rack much easier! I still have to use a towel to protect the edge of the roof, but this is more of an issue with my height. If it could be one long foam insteal of 2 small ones it would be better because when you load your kayak, the front or rear of your kayak is so narrow that it actually goes between the 2 foams.
